today was fun! theme week!
i cooked the sauce turned out to be very watery i dunno why. even after adding like 2 big lumps of roux oso no use. den i dunno mus add how much den correct consistency. crap. den the taste din turn out as well as i expected. was initially too flavourless, maybe cos i din use enuf parsley and chives to boil. or maybe i added too much lemon zest and it overwhelmed the parsley flavour. well anyways, chef ng came and dau-ed some ka chiu. she's damn fun to work with seriously. and i used to think she's a bitch. HAHA. but turned out we tok alot abt food together. so she helped me and stuff, den the sauce turned out better although we stil thought that there's something wrong. the taste like not 3 not 4. lol. but tash and min said it was ok so ya. made me feel better.
great work tuesday saffron team! i think we did great. and i believe we are the most hyper class of all! yay~
oh ya, and to someone: u are not the friend u used to be. dun double cross me, i know more den u think. wat u may have done did disappoint me, i dun trust u anymore. at least i wun, in case.
