its about this scholar who was not content with life and wat it has to offer. therefore, the Devil came during his weakness and offered an unholy pact. the man gave in and was tempted even more by power.
finally when the man was about to die and his soul to be forfeited to the Devil, he realised the essence of life and gained joy for the first time in his life.
how many of us always complain about how the world is so unfair and never has enough to offer. it is during these times that we fall to temptations, jus to find out whether that can satisfy our needs and grant us true happiness. then we soon realise as we experiment with more things, we have lost touch with the real meaning in life and sold our souls to things that are deemed worldly.
indeed wat is the truth of life and are wat we doing now a reflection of wat we wan to achieve in this lifetime?
