yawn, this morning i awoke to an sms.
*Beep Beep*
i felt around for my phone and got this message from my aunt.
"hey kai, i will continue asking my friend's brother about the internship. an open ticket will cost about 1.6k. hope you saved up for the ticket. the hotel is www.thesovereignhotel.co.ns. pls pray."
I WOKE UP STR8 AWAY.
haha i checked out the webby and guess what i saw?
The Sovereign Hotel, Quality Accomodation at Realistic Prices!haha okay it's not as glam as any 5-star hotel but good enough for me. PLUS it is in Christchurch!Then i carried on looking at the facilities and the rooms look pretty small and cosy.
Won't you love to stay in this kind of hotels?anyway i was really excited cos i clicked on the "pictures" part of the webpage and saw these!

City Centre with the Historic Tram Route!Okay for those that dun understand why the heck i'd get so excited is because months ago, when i was still doing my internship, my aunt said that her friend have bought a hotel as he migrated to New Zealand. and she tried to ask her friend (ok her friend's brother in fact) whether i could go over to do an internship (or the sort la). it was a chance for me to further beautify my already beautiful resume (better than most people at my age k?).okay you ask me why i said "MAY". well its very well because of NS. darn NS.i am still liable for NS but i am still trying to pray and hope that within the few months between my graduation and BMT, i would be able (or rather MinDef will allow) to go for this month long internship.what ever it is, lets pray, hope for the best and this is the reception area anyways! *crossesfingers*
Quite sad looking but hey! The hotel's got a chinese and indian restaurant, as well as a bar! And nice environments! Right?
