We are currently helping a hotel chain do up their recipes, so we got like 40 over recipes to cook PER WEEK. It is approximately 7 dishes everyday.

Although it sounds tiring, it's actually a whole couscous of fun! She has so many ingredients to work with, and the equipments to deliver! It almost doesn't feel like work at all. Yes I meant what I said, AT ALL.

Maybe 'cause Nixon is doing most of the work. lol.

The pay is quite high, almost 2k per month (doing the math), and she's a really good boss. Just like my mentality during project works: "As long as the work is done, I do not care what you do and how long you spend. Just make sure the work is done."

We, other than cooking, order supplies and all. Also, she included us as her team for several upcoming events, such as the IMF (International Monetary Fund). Definately an eye-opener, and definately LOTS TO LEARN.
